Keep it Simple Positive: The location was ok. The "studio" apartment was a decent size with amenities including soft towels (expected). Negative: We didn't like, and no one would like, to be micromanaged. Being emailed just past 0700 with a check out reminder and instructions to vacate the premises, is intrusive and enough to disrupt the peace. Since check-out time is 1000, this email was unnecessary. My thoughts are this, if you are nervous about renting your apartment, then don't rent it! Instead, the owner should focus on insuring the bedding is stain free and doing a deep cleaning prior to renting. My husband cleaned the dish draining tray, but I asked him to stop and not clean what we didn't use. The apartment is advertised as a one bedroom, but one bedroom its not. It is a studio apartment with a divider separating the bed from the sitting area which has a pull-out sofa. There appeared to be a blow-up/air mattress for a 4th person sitting atop the closet. This space is for two people, not four. And about the micromanaging, the struggle to receive the key instructions is real. The key wasn't made available until the last minute, even though the apartment was paid for in full, albeit we checked in late close to midnight.

Positive: I like everything! There is everything u needs. Good location, very clean

Hyvä sijainti, mutta aikainen uloskirjaus Positive: Hyvä sijainti. Tilava asunto. Siistiä. Negative: Vaikka ehdoista löytyy tieto, niin klo 10 uloskirjaus ja 20 e kahden tunnin lisäajasta ikävä yllätys. Ja jos olet maksanut lisämaksun lisätunneista, niin ei kaivata muistutusta, että lähdetähän viimeistään klo 12 tai mielummin vähän ennen. Lisäksi astoita varsin vähän.

Ihana tilava asunto loistavalla paikalla Positive: Sijainti ja sisäänkirjautumisohjeet olivat loistavat. Asunto oli viihtyisä (ehkä vähän iso yhdelle tosin) ja ihanan hiljainen -ei uskoisi sijainnin perusteella. Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli, että aamulla herätessäni olin kuumeessa. Siitä iso kiitos majoittajalle, että antoi heti pari tuntia lisäaikaa ja pahoitteli, että asunto oli jo varattu. Ehdottomasti tarpeen tullen majoitun siellä toistekin. Negative: Leivänpaahdin olisi ollut kiva nyt kun ihan miettimällä mietin miinusta. 😄
